1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the name and the email (or Apple's private relay address) you choose to share.

Content You Create: We store the tasks, habits, schedules, profile details, and the messages you send to the in-app AI assistant so we can provide and sync the Service across your devices.

Calendar Access: If you connect a calendar, we read your events to suggest scheduling and we store which calendar providers you have connected. We do not modify or delete your calendar events.

Subscription Status: We store your subscription state (such as active, trial, or expired) so we can unlock paid features. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store.

Push Notifications: If you enable notifications, we store a push token so we can deliver reminders.

Marketing Preferences: If you opt in (during onboarding or later in Settings), we record that you consented to receive marketing emails and the date of that consent, so we can send them and honor your choice. Opting in is entirely optional and is never required to use the App.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not collect advertising identifiers such as the IDFA.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and sync the App across your devices
• Generate AI-powered tasks, schedules, and coaching
• Unlock and manage your subscription
• Send reminders and service-related notifications
• Send marketing or product-update emails — only if you have opted in, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings (Profile → Notifications) or via the unsubscribe link in any such email
• Maintain security and comply with legal obligations

3. Payments

Subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases and processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. We never receive or store your credit card numbers or banking details.

4. AI Processing

To generate AI features, we send the minimum content necessary (such as the task or message you are working on) to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it on our behalf solely to return a result. This content is not used to serve you advertising.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-app advertising. We share information only with:

• Service Providers who help us operate the App — Apple (App Store payments), our cloud hosting provider, and our AI provider (Anthropic)
• Legal Requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or government request
• Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites operated by other companies. The App does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not engage in that kind of tracking.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data from our servers.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict processing of your information
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data under the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent as applicable.

For California residents, under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
